Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. retail sales rose for the 12th straight week after Black Friday discounts lured holiday shoppers to malls. Sales at stores open at least a year climbed 3.1 percent in the week ended Nov. 28 from a year earlier , the International Council of Shopping Centers and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said today in a statement.
